Check-in/Check-out & Hours

1. Occupants 12 and under are not considered lease holders.
2. Guests must apply to stay, and if accepted, will need to stop at the Manager’s office to receive their information packet which will include the gate code to get into the park.
3. Sites are assigned by the Manager on duty. The number given to you on your pre-check-in paperwork is not an actual site number. It is a number that is assigned to a grid for company use. All of our sites are first come, first serve and are back in only. No pull thrust.
4. RV’s must be working and functioning. Cannot be 15 years old, must provide pictures. (No torn awnings, no tarps, no peeling paint, no broken windows, and no converted School Buses)
5. We have mailboxes on-site.
6. We do not provide medicine or emergency RV parts.

Pet Policy

1. 50lb Limit
2. Leashed pets are always welcome on the property, but may not be allowed in specific rentals. 2 pets total allowed per site. Please clean up after pets and do not leave unattended on site. We do not allow pets in some accommodation types; however, we do allow service animals, and a service animal may have stayed in a rental.
3. Pet Deposit $150 per pet, pet rent of $20 per month per pet (This does not apply to tenant owned mobile homes or RV lot rentals).

   Only applicable for rentable mobile homes, cottages/ one-bedroom apartments and individual home rentals.*
